Before transitioning to a consultant, Debbie held leadership roles as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Key Accounts with Advance Local, The Times-Picayune & Nola.com. She helped spearhead innovative revenue initiatives, expanded client audience engagement, and lead cross-functional teams that maximized advertising and sponsorship opportunities. Her expertise lies in leveraging data-driven marketing strategies, creating high-impact events, and forging strategic partnerships.
Passionate about the future of nonprofit, nonpartisan media, Debbie is dedicated to building ethical and diversified revenue models that empower journalism to serve our communities effectively. She serves as a Deep South Today’s earned revenue consultant.
As a native New Orleanian, Debbie actively volunteers and serves on several non- profit committees and lives in New Orleans with her husband. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
